Cell phones have become an intricate part of our lives, and often showcase many of the latest technologies. For example, Bluetooth technology makes possible wireless headset connections to your cell phone - true mobility and freedom.
One Bluetooth device released recently is a headset from X-Micro. Its slogan "Plug & Fly" totally corresponds to its appearance and specifications. The headset is Bluetooth Class II - it works in the standard range of 2.4 - 2.48 GHz at the distance up to 10 metres in open space.
The X-Micro Bluetooth Headset looks very attractive. It features a boom microphone, similar to Motorola headsets, which can be folded up out of the way without taking off the headset. Also it has an adjustable earhook which comfortably keeps the X-Micro Bluetooth Headset in place, which is a very important thing with busy lifestyles.
This bluetooth headset is very comfortable, weighing only 26 grams and measuring only 92x50x26 mm. The headset also comes with a special neck belt which can be quickly unclipped from the X-Micro.
The headset is compatable with almost all phones supporting Bluetooth wireless technology.
The X-Micro Bluetooth headset has three buttons: two control the volume, and the third one turns on/off the headset.
In standby mode the LED blinks blue every several seconds which means that the headset is ready for utilization with the last connected Bluetooth device.
When the battery almost runs out of charge (5 minutes in talk mode left), the headset signals you every 15 seconds irrespective of whether you are talking or not. The charger plugs into a small connector on top. When it's charging (it takes 1.5-2 hours) the LED on the Power button turns red.
