Plantronics announces First VoIP Bluetooth Headset

Headset pioneers PLANTRONICS has announced the first Bluetooth headset optimized for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).

The Voyager 510-USB headset has a Plug-n-Play USB adapter that eliminates any software setup and allows users to place and receive hands-free calls through any VoIP system whiole keeping both hands on the steering wheel.

The Voyager 510-USB headset will integrate with softphone softwares from Skype, Cisco and Nortel, and will also be compatible with Yahoo!, MSN, and other VoIP service providers.

The Voyager 510 headsets are already best sellers for Plantronics, and are perhaps the #1 selling bluetooth headset of all time. I'm sure the Voyager 510-USB will carry on this legacy.
